• Account Information: If you sign in, Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication process your Google account information and create a secure authenticated account used to synchronize your data across devices.
• Profile Information: Information entered by you may include profile name, date of birth, time of birth, birthplace, current city, gender, marital status and other birth related information.
• Questions and Answers: The astrology questions you submit, the answers returned to you, and related profile identifiers.
• Purchase Information: Razorpay order and payment identifiers, transaction status, amount, and wallet point records needed to process, verify, and reconcile payments. Razorpay may collect and process payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy.
• Technical Information: Authentication tokens, application logs, Firebase Cloud Messaging notification registration tokens, device and app-instance identifiers, service responses, error records and security information.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your account securely.
• Create and synchronize your astrology profiles.
• Generate astrology answers using the information you provide.
• Maintain your question and answer history.
• Verify Razorpay payments and manage wallet points.
• Send occasional reminders when the app has not been used for an extended period, if notifications are enabled.

AstroAskAQuestion shares information only when required to provide the services you request.

• Google Sign-In & Firebase Authentication
  Secure user authentication and account synchronization.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging
  If notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging may process your notification registration token and limited device/app-instance information to send occasional reminders when the app has not been used for an extended period. These reminders are intended only to encourage users to return to the app. You can disable notifications in your device or application settings. AstroAskAQuestion does not use push-notification data for advertising.
• AstrologyAPI
  Receives the user’s birth date, birth time, birthplace, and astrology or Kundli request to calculate and return astrology calculations, chart data, astrology answers, and Basic Kundli Matching results.
• Google Cloud Translation API
  User-provided text, astrology questions, and/or astrology answers may be sent to Google Cloud Translation API to translate content into the language selected by the user. Google processes this text to provide the translation service. AstroAskAQuestion does not use the translated text for advertising.
• Firebase App Check
  Helps verify that backend requests come from the genuine AstroAskAQuestion service. Firebase App Check is separate from Firebase Authentication.
• Secure Hosting Infrastructure
  Stores application data, profiles and answer history.

Use of Personal Information: AstroAskAQuestion does not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or access device location or GPS to detect or track users. Birth details and city information are used only to provide astrology calculations, answers, and Kundli matching. Service providers receive only the information needed to provide these services and are not authorized by AstroAskAQuestion to use it for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Payments for wallet points are processed through Razorpay checkout. Razorpay may collect and process information needed to complete the payment, including transaction-related personal and financial information. AstroAskAQuestion receives payment status and related transaction identifiers to verify the payment and credit wallet points. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay checkout and are not stored by AstroAskAQuestion.

For payment assistance or refund requests, contact support@astroaskaquestion.com and include your Razorpay payment or order ID. Refunds are reviewed under applicable law and the service terms.

If a refund is approved, unused wallet points associated with the refunded payment may be removed or adjusted. Points already consumed for a successfully delivered astrology answer or Basic Kundli Matching report may not be refundable, subject to applicable law.

If an astrology answer or Basic Kundli Matching report cannot be delivered because of a service failure, the wallet point will not be deducted or will be restored.

Payment and refund processing times depend on Razorpay, the relevant bank or payment provider, and the original payment method. See the Razorpay Privacy Policy for information about Razorpay’s handling of payment data.

Your profile data and question answer history are saved securely in our cloud database, safely linked to your signed-in Google Account, no data is stored on your local device storage. When you sign in, your profiles, wallet information and answer history is synchronized with our servers so they can be restored on your device.

All communication with our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Although we apply reasonable security measures, no electronic service can guarantee absolute security.

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or resolve disputes.

• Edit or delete individual birth profiles.
• Delete saved answer history.
• Permanently delete your account.

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by contacting us from the email address associated with your account. We will verify the request before deleting the account data. The one-time welcome-point entitlement is preserved so that a later sign-in does not issue a second welcome point.

AstroAskAQuestion is intended for adults aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page together with a revised effective date.
