Delete Your AstroAskAQuestion Account

This page explains how you can remove individual data, delete your account permanently and understand what information may be retained after deletion.

Deleting your account permanently removes your cloud account and associated application data. This action cannot be undone.

Delete Individual Data

Open the AstroAskAQuestion website and sign in.
Open the Profile Management screen.
Select the birth profile you wish to remove.
Delete the selected profile.
Open Past Answers if you want to remove stored answer history.
Confirm the deletion.

Deleting an individual profile removes only that profile and its associated history. Your account remains active.

Delete Your Entire Account

Open AstroAskAQuestion.
Sign in using your Google account.
Open the Account section.
Select DELETE MY ACCOUNT FROM CLOUD PERMANENTLY
Review the warning message.
Confirm permanent deletion.

If You Cannot Access the Website

If you are unable to sign in to the website, you may request permanent account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please include:

Your Google account email used to sign in.
A request stating that you want your account permanently deleted.

Once your request is validated and approved, we will delete your account from the backend. This will delete your previous profiles, past answers, and wallet points associated with your account. You may create a new account on the website if you wish to use the service again.

For your security, we may request additional verification before processing the deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Your AstroAskAQuestion account.
Cloud synchronized birth profiles.
Saved astrology questions.
Saved astrology answers.
Wallet information associated with your account.
Website preferences linked to your account.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution purposes.

Google Authentication services and Razorpay may retain information according to their own privacy policies. Razorpay separately processes payment transactions; deleting your AstroAskAQuestion account does not delete records held by Razorpay or financial institutions under their retention requirements.
